| Come on a Yoga Retreat |
| All of us need time away from our busy lives. The walk-out level of Springdale Yoga is now complete to help reinvigorate you (whether by yourself or with another person). You set your retreat schedule. You determine what you are going to do-whether you choose to take yoga classes, receive yoga therapy, practice Ujjayi Pranyama, Vajrasana, meditate, sit on the deck or out in the yard to sleep, read, or eat, walk the farm roads, or browse the library. You can do your own cooking. In January 2011 we expect to have massage available.

The Yoga Retreat area has no set cost. Rather donations can be made and they will provide scholarships and reduced costs to students for special workshops. When an adequate scholarship fund is established the donations will be used to provide a reduced cost for Yoga Therapy. |
