Introductory Classes

Free Introductory Class -10:30 a.m. will begin again in the fall: October 2, November 6, and December 4.

Taught by Springdale Yoga Studio’s new teachers, Judy Dettwiler, Shannon Elliott-Chalgren and Margie Wilsman.

In this 90-minute class you will be introduced to Svaroopa® Yoga and four simple and amazingly effective poses called the Magic 4.  (A Magic 4 Handout can be purchased for $2.00).  These poses are appropriate for any body. They provide profound and easy change in your body. They also can support any healing processes. There will be time to ask questions and you will find out more about what’s available at Springdale Yoga.
