Using the key spinal release poses learned in Beginning Yoga class, you will now go through the poses in the 12 Svaroopa® Yoga Themes Svaroopa® Yoga Themes. Each theme takes about 8-10 weeks.
New theme poses will be suggested as additions to your Home Practice, to meet particular needs that you are having at the current time. One primary goal will be to support the refinement of your Home Practice to meet your particular needs.
In Svaroopa® Yoga we teach 120 poses (30-50 poses are normally taught in other yoga styles) and 385 alignments and adjustments. Over the course of one to two years of participation in Continuing Yoga Classes you will have the opportunity to practice most of these poses, alignments, and receive many of the adjustments.
